Event Format & Timeline
Round 1 – Problem Pick
2 MinutesParticipants (individuals or teams of 2–3) randomly draw a real-life agriculture challenge scenario.
Round 2 – Solution Design
10 MinutesTeams brainstorm collaboratively and chart out their proposed functional roadmap using worksheet templates.
Round 3 – Presentation
3 MinutesPitch problem understanding, proposed solutions, expected benefits, and execution timelines.
Round 4 – Jury Q&A
2 MinutesField critical questions and defend the implementation architecture to evaluating judges.
Total time window requirement per team: 15–17 minutes.
